Many people have a variety of ways that they like to learn. Your answers suggest that you like to learn in the following ways:

If this is you, then you probably learn visually. University, community colleges, or training centres focus include demonstrations.  Ask for demonstrations and watch videos as well as reading . Ask your workplace supervisor to demonstrate new tasks for you.

If this is you, then you probably learn by reading and writing. University focuses on researching and reading information, essay writing, and having class discussions and presentations. When you are learning new tasks in the workplace or at training centres, ask if you can take notes about what to do and how to do it.

If this is you, then you probably learn in a “hands-on”way. Apprenticeships or traineeships focus on learning "on the job" with supervision. At university or training centres have a go at all class activities. Practice after class. Ask your workplace supervisor to explain and show you the new activity, then you can have a go. Ask for feedback:
What you should keep doing and What you need to practice.
